Season and Minimum Stay

The price per night and minimum stay vary depending on the season (high, medium, low) and the day of the week.

Small Events

Small events are allowed during the holiday stay with more people than those accommodated by paying a supplement.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 10:00 am, but other schedules can be arranged by paying a supplement. It’s not possible to check-out on Saturdays.

Number of Guests

The base rate includes up to six guests. A supplement per guest is charged for the seventh guest onwards.

Extra Services

Cleaning, laundry and ironing services, cribs and high chairs for babies, early check-ins and late check-outs can also be arranged.

Pets

Pets are allowed with a daily supplement, which does not cover any possible damages or extra cleaning if necessary. They are not allowed to enter the bedrooms.

RATES

ADITIONAL CHARGES

Please check the accommodation rates for selected dates and number of guests on the calendar.

CLEANING: 590€

* Superficial cleaning. Does not include garbage removal, textiles (sofas…) or walls cleaning.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 1900€

* The security deposit is not paid, it is blocked on the credit card one week before arrival during online check-in.

 

 DISCOUNTS

  • + 1 week: -10%
  • + 4 weeks: -25%

* Discounts applicable to the rate excluding cleaning and security deposit. They are automatically calculated when making the reservation.

EVENTS

DURING HOLIDAY STAY

ALLOWED:

  1. Meals, dinners or family / friends barbecues
  2. Birthdays, anniversaries, Halloween, Christmas
  3. Small celebrations (weddings, baptisms, communions…)
  4. Work meetings, team building, retreats

NOT ALLOWED:

  1. Professional film or photography shoots (+info)
  2. Any type of commercial exploitation of the villa (+info)

SUPLEMENTS:

  • Events up to 20 people: 690€
  • Events up to 50 people: 990€
  • Additional Security Deposit: 500€ 
* Supplements are paid once the holiday rental has been booked.

¿How to Make a Reservation?

BOOKING

  • Check availability on the calendar
  • Select check-in and check-out dates
  • Indicate the number of guests
  • Make the payment
* 50% refundable up to 30 days before arrival.

CONFIRMATION

  • Sign the contract
  • Pay for extras (events, crib…)
  • Block the security deposit
  • Complete the guest registration.
* Access is not allowed without completing the online check-in process entirely.
