What is the Capacity of the Villa?
Up to 20 people for an indoor event, 50 people for an outdoor event, and 12 for accommodation (divided into 4 double rooms + 4 extra beds that can be placed in 3 of the rooms).
What are the Events Rates?
The price varies depending on the season (high or low), whether it is a weekday or weekend, and the occupancy (number of attendees).
What is the Minimum Booking?
The minimum booking is for 8 hours, in morning or afternoon blocks with pre-established schedules, which can be extended by hiring extra hours or the entire day. There are discounts for multi-day events.
Can an event be held During a Holiday Stay?
Yes, small celebrations can be held with an additional supplement. Please consult holiday rates.

Up to 20 people:
Half day (08:00h – 16:00h / 16:00h – 24:00): 490€
Full day (08:00 – 24:00): 790€

*Deposit: Refundable within a maximum of 7 days after check-out (deducting any damages or additional cleaning, if applicable).

How to Make a Reservation?
AVAILABILITY
1- Verify that the dates are available
2- Request approval via email
3- Provide us with the details of your event
BOOKING
1- Payment of 100% of the fee is required
2- 100% refundable up to 60 days before
3- 50% refundable up to 30 days before
CONFIRMATION
1- Signing the contract 7 days prior
2- Paying the deposit for the security deposit
3- Receiving virtual keys
